Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about WashyCare™

Will it leak or make a mess during use? +

No. WashyCare™ is a sealed design built with durable ABS and a brass valve — no spray goes where you don't want it. Unlike a hospital peri bottle that runs out and spills, WashyCare™ delivers a controlled, directed stream every single time.

Is it too strong for postpartum stitches or a hemorrhoid flare-up? +

No. The pressure knob lets you dial down to a soft, gentle rinse — and the Female Wash mode is specifically built to be softer than a standard spray. Start low, adjust slowly, and let your body tell you what it needs. Thousands of postpartum and hemorrhoid customers use it safely from day one.

Will installing this upset my landlord or my lease? +

No. WashyCare™ is a 10–15 minute, tool-free attachment — it connects to the same water supply line your toilet already uses, with no permanent changes to any plumbing. Take it with you when you move. Your landlord will never know it was there.

Will this work with limited mobility or stiff joints? +

Yes — this is exactly what it was designed for. One knob controls everything: turning on, adjusting pressure, and turning off. No twisting, no reaching behind you, no straining. If you can turn a tap, you can use WashyCare™ independently.

Does WashyCare™ need electricity? +

No. WashyCare™ is fully power-free. It runs on your toilet’s existing water pressure — no outlet, no cables, and no shock worries near water. Just turn the knob and let the water do the work, safely and silently.

How long does installation take? +

Most customers finish in about 10–15 minutes. Everything you need is in the box: the WashyCare™ attachment, brass T-adapter, stainless steel braided hose (75 cm), mounting brackets, and a step-by-step manual. No plumber and no special tools required.

Does it fit my toilet? I have an unusual setup. +

WashyCare™ fits 95% of standard two-piece and one-piece toilets with a standard bottom-supply water connection. The slim 0.24 in profile keeps your toilet seat level. If you have a side-entry connection, a French-curve seat, or an ultra-compact unit, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm compatibility — we’d rather tell you upfront than have you return it.

What’s the difference between Rear Wash and Female Wash? +

Rear Wash is a thorough everyday clean. Female Wash is a softer, gentler rinse designed for postpartum recovery, monthly cycles, and sensitive days. One dual-nozzle attachment covers everyone in the house — switch modes without reaching or twisting awkwardly.

Is the water flow noisy during operation? +

No. Simply adjust your water supply valve to a comfortable level for a powerful yet quiet experience. Most users describe it as no louder than running the tap — fine for early mornings or late nights when the house is quiet.

Will the spray nozzle get dirty inside? +

No. The retractable nozzle stays hidden and protected inside the housing when not in use, only extending when the water is running. This keeps it more hygienic between uses — no exposed tip sitting in the bowl waiting to collect anything.

How is this better than dry toilet paper or a peri bottle? +

Dry paper can drag across sore tissue, reopen healing areas, and leave you less clean than you think. A peri bottle often runs out mid-rinse and makes a mess. WashyCare™ gives a soft, continuous, hands-free water rinse you control with one knob — gentler on bumps, postpartum healing, flare-ups, and stiff joints.

What’s included in the box? +

You get 1 WashyCare™ bidet attachment, 1 brass T-adapter, 1 stainless steel braided hose (75 cm), 2 circular mounting brackets, and a step-by-step user manual. No extra tools or parts needed for a standard install.

Is free shipping included? +

Yes. Free shipping is included on all orders. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days, with delivery in about 7–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email after dispatch.

What if I install it and it doesn’t work for me? +

Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — every penny. No questions asked, no guilt trip, no hassle. We’re confident WashyCare™ will make your bathroom routine easier, but if it doesn’t, we want you to get your money back without any friction.

Can the whole family use the same unit? +

Yes. One WashyCare™ covers everyday rear cleaning, gentler female wash, postpartum care, and easier bathroom independence for stiff joints. Many households keep one on the main bath and add more for the master bath or nursery — bundle options make multi-bathroom setups more affordable.
